On 21 December 2024, the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry was renewed, with effect from 1 January 2025 and expiring on 31 December 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key economic and regulatory updates are indicated below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. BASE PAY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    An increase of \u20ac200 in consolidated base pay, applicable to the average C2 level, is scheduled to be paid in four instalments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • January 2025: \u20ac85<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • June 2025: \u20ac30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • May 2026: \u20ac35<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • April 2027: \u20ac50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      For the travel, tourism and congress sector only, the increase outlined above will be divided into five instalments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • January 2025: \u20ac70<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • September 2025: \u20ac30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • September 2026: \u20ac30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • June 2027: \u20ac40<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • December 2027: \u20ac30.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The increases can be absorbed if more favourable terms have been granted, either individually or collectively, and paid as additional salary components subject to absorption (i.e. superminimo assorbibile<\/em>) and\/or as advances on future contractual increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • ONE-OFF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Employees in employment as of the date of the renewal of the collective agreement, specifically 21 December 2024, will receive a one-off payment, adjusted for the period from July to December 2024 and proportionally reduced for part-time workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The amount of \u20ac450 gross will be paid in two equal instalments, in January and June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For the travel, tourism and congress sector, the one-off payment is set at \u20ac320 and will be paid in three instalments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • February 2025: \u20ac100<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • June 2025: \u20ac110<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • November 2025: \u20ac110.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
