The signatories will meet no later than 30 September 2025 to finalise the fully consolidated version of the agreement (called the &#8220;coordinated text&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement will remain in force, both for the pay and contractual provisions, until 31 July 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base Pay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Base pay will increase in two stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From August 2025, it will rise from \u20ac65,328 to \u20ac80,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 1 January 2026, it will increase further to \u20ac85,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Monthly pay will be increased as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>31\/07\/2025<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>01\/08\/2025<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>01\/01\/2026<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/td><td>&nbsp;\u20ac5,025.23<\/td><td>&nbsp;\u20ac6,153.85<\/td><td>&nbsp;\u20ac6,538.46<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Probation Period<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A probation period may only be applied to newly hired executives and must not exceed six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maternity leave<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During maternity leave for pregnancy and postpartum, executives are entitled to full pay, equivalent to their salary while in service.
