{"id":1082,"date":"2025-08-01T16:17:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T14:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.jobcodehr.com\/?p=1082"},"modified":"2025-08-20T16:20:27","modified_gmt":"2025-08-20T14:20:27","slug":"collective-agreement-one-off-payment-retail-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.jobcodehr.com\/en\/collective-agreement-one-off-payment-retail-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT ONE-OFF PAYMENT \u2013 RETAIL SECTOR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Employees on the payroll on 22 March 2024 are entitled to a<strong> one-off gross payment of \u20ac350.00<\/strong> (based on the Level 4 pay grade), paid in two instalments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second instalment will be included in the July 2025 payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The amount due will be calculated in proportion to the duration of the employment contract and the actual service provided between 1 January 2022 and 31 March 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The amount is reduced proportionally in cases of unpaid leave, part-time work, absences or suspensions\/reductions in working hours agreed in a union agreement, as well as where the employment relationship began or ended during the reference period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lump-sum payment may be absorbed by discretionary salary elements (i.e. <em>superminimi assorbibili<\/em>) and\/or advances on future contractual increases received from 1 January 2022 to 31\u00a0March 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employees on the payroll on 22 March 2024 are entitled to a one-off gross payment of \u20ac350.00 (based on the Level 4 pay grade), paid in two instalments.
