The average increase is \u20ac48.75 calculated on level C. <\/p>\n\n<p>The increase can be absorbed by other amounts<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Complementary healthcare<\/h2>\n\n<p>From 1 January 2024, companies have to pay a monthly contribution of \u20ac14 to the FASG&amp;P fund. <\/p>\n\n<p>From 1 January 2024 as well, enrolled employees will be able to supplement the FASG&amp;P health plan by contributing \u20ac7 per month through a monthly payroll deduction for a more comprehensive health plan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An increase in the minimum wage is planned from 1 January 2024.
