agreement was signed by Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl, Uiltucs with Federterme Confindustria and is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2027.<\/p>\n\n<p>The agreement provides for an average gross increase for the 4th level of \u20ac200, distributed in the following steps&#13;\n&#8211; \u20ac60 in October 2024;&#13;\n&#8211; 35\u20ac in June 2025;&#13;\n&#8211; 35\u20ac in December 2025;&#13;\n&#8211; 35\u20ac in June 2026;&#13;\n&#8211; 35\u20ac in December 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p>Novelties were also introduced on leave for women victims of violence, parental leave, fixed-term
