{"id":957,"date":"2025-01-14T18:39:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T17:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.jobcodehr.com\/?p=957"},"modified":"2025-08-18T18:50:13","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T16:50:13","slug":"irpef-tax-brackets-and-employee-income","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.jobcodehr.com\/en\/irpef-tax-brackets-and-employee-income\/","title":{"rendered":"IRPEF TAX BRACKETS AND EMPLOYEE INCOME"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, the 2025 Budget Law permanently reduces the number of IRPEF tax brackets from four to three, a change initially introduced for 2024 as an exception to the Consolidated Income Tax Act (TUIR) by Legislative Decree no. 216\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The updated progressive tax brackets are now as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>23% for income up to \u20ac28,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35% for income between \u20ac28,000 and \u20ac50,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>43% for income over \u20ac50,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the tax deduction for employment income has been increased from \u20ac1,880 to \u20ac1,955 for incomes up to \u20ac15,000. This adjustment also increases the &#8220;no-tax area&#8221; to \u20ac8,500, extending its application also to employees, as already provided for pensioners.
