On 8 October, the hypothesis of the National Contract Agreement for employees of spa and wellness centre companies was signed: the agreement was signed by Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl, Uiltucs with Federterme Confindustria and is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2027.
The agreement provides for an average gross increase for the 4th level of €200, distributed in the following steps – €60 in October 2024; – 35€ in June 2025; – 35€ in December 2025; – 35€ in June 2026; – 35€ in December 2026.
Novelties were also introduced on leave for women victims of violence, parental leave, fixed-term relationships and supplementary health care.
