From 1 January 2025, the amount for the policy that the company provides to cover the executive in the event of death or permanent disability shall be €300,000.00 (three hundred thousand euros) if the executive has no dependent children or a spouse.
The aforementioned amount must be €400,000.00 (four hundred thousand euros) if the household of the executive in question has one or more dependent children and/or a spouse.
The executive has to pay €300.00 (three hundred euros) per year towards the relevant premium.
The company will take this amount out of the executive’s salary.
