On 13 November, Confindustria and Federmanager signed the renewal of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Managers in the industrial sector effective from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027.

The renewal provided for the increase of the total minimum guaranteed salary to EUR 80,000.00 for the year 2025 and to EUR 85,000.00 for the year 2026, as well as the payment of a ‘one-off’ of 6% for the

Managers who have not received any pay increases since January 2019.

Other changes included in the renewal include the broadening of the definition of ‘manager’ and the strengthening of the bilateral welfare system with a focus on gender equality.
